Monsters

Caiden woke up the other night and crawled into bed next to me... 

'AAAAHHHHH mommy a monster!!!' I look where his head is pointed and say 'Where?' 

He responds, 'Right There, Right There.... AHHHH he is moving'.

Again I ask where and he points to items on my dresser. I pick items up one by one as he continues to freak out. 'A monster, a monster... right there, right there!!!' 

I pick up another, 'no, that one'. Grab my work cell phone and he says 'YEAH'. Needless to say I show him that it is indeed not a monster but a phone. 

His face was priceless, I felt so bad but at the same time the excitement he expelled was so very humorous.
